Need Help WIth Cutting?

I would like to think that anyone with a problem, irrespective of what it be, can feel they have someone who cares.

who OD-ed on prescription meds

who the teacher labels as messed up in the head
You don't need to be another body
lying dead on the floor
You don't need to deal with

I'm not trying to be rude (it's more like doing some homework), but what qualifies you guys to help people with cutting? Like I said I'm not trying to be rude or bash on you guys I'm just curious. I’m a cutter myself and I’m this kind of caught my attention. I tried to think of a better way to think of a better way to word my question but I couldn’t think of one that sounded any better than this. Any way, I guess the point I was trying to figure out is what history you have with cutters, or if your just some really cool people trying to lend a hand with peoples problems. By the way I think however this got started, it's a really great idea.

The thing that qualifies these nice people for helping, is because, they are kind, they love and care for all people equally, and want to understand and help people with these, or any other of lifes great difficulties.

Don`t underestimate a partner that is willing to listen, love and support you, because, generally, it is the lack of, that leads our youth into these situations.

I think, a caring person, is highly qualified. Any hand extended, is much like a life line, They generally don`t throw practice lifelines, so when you see one thrown, there is generally a very good reason.

All great people here, going way beyond the call of duty, why? Because they want to!

I actually do have my qualifications in this field, but that is not the issue hun. The issue is that everyone needs to know there is someone who cares. That is the point we are attempting to get across..

im answering this question for me and shenni both...we want to help in anyways possible...i mean what qualifications do we really need? i used to cut so i have personal experiance in the subject and shenni has helped others quit...most people just need someone to talk to whos not going to nag and tell you how stupid you are for doing it(i know i did) and thats why where here, and what were going to do, listen and talk if you dont want us to talk than well just listen but we wont nag and lechture you because its the last thing you want or need...unless you want us to then i guess we will lol...i understand you asking very reasonable...if you need someone to talk to about it youc an always come to us..in a pm or on here...sarah

I really meant no harm in what I said. You guys are right, there are no real qualification that any one needs to help other people. I was just trying to get a little back ground info so if I decided I needed to talk with you guys I would feel a little more comfortable. Again if I offended any one or caused any angst, I truly meant none. I just felt like i needed to clear that up.
